Dunfermline city walk

I visited Dunfermline a couple of weeks back and went for a wander.

I found a city walk on the Walk Highlands website (they don't just cover the Highlands!) and I followed the route they suggested. You can find the walk here.

Dunfermline is one of Scotland's newest cities (officially granted 'city' status in May 2022). Some parts are quite lovely, with a couple of nice parks and the historic 'old town' area with the Abbey and some unique old buildings. Well worth a visit if you're passing by.
